FORT LAUDERDALE, FL (November 8, 2011)– Ferrari-Maserati of Fort Lauderdale hosted VIPs for an exclusive Italian dining experience with actor Dennis Farina and celebrity cook Steve Martorano on Friday, November 4, 2011.
Guests, including Rick Feldman of Ferrari-Maserati and Gerry Weber and Gregory Van Haush of the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival (FLIFF), honored Dennis Farina for his accomplishments in the film industry as an Italian American actor including his recent role in The Last Rites of Joe May which screened at FLIFF on November 5. Farina is known for his role in the TV hit Law & Order and box office hits such as Get Shorty, That Old Feeling, Out of Sight, and Saving Private Ryan.
Celebrity cook and fellow Italian American Steve Martorano demonstrated one of his signature dishes, Pizza Cheesesteak, as seen on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and prepared an Italian dining experience for guests including Martorano salad, mini meatballs, chicken cacciatore and penne vodka.

The 30th Annual “Rick Case Bikes For Kids” Program Provides Children In Need With Bikes This Holiday Season
Bikes to be collected now through December 20th
This year’s goal set at 10,000 bikes
Fort Lauderdale, FL (November 2, 2011) – The “Rick Case Bikes for Kids” program, celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, has provided thousands of needy children with a bicycle during the holidays since 1982, and is now collecting bikes for the 2011 holiday season from now through December 20, 2011. All bikes collected are distributed through area Boys & Girls Clubs as well as other charity organizations.
Many South Florida children are not fortunate enough to have a bike of their own. Fortunately, the Rick Case Bikes for Kids program, launched in 1982 by Rita and Rick Case of the Rick Case Automotive Group, has been making that dream a reality for needy children for 29 years. Rick Case Bikes for Kids makes it easy to get involved and help a needy child. Bikes in good condition are now being collected for the holiday season at any of the following Rick Case locations:
