RICK CASE TO OPEN WORLD’S LARGEST VOLKSWAGEN DEALERSHIP IN DAVIE, FL

DAVIE, FL (December 18, 2012) – Rick Case of the Rick Case Automotive Group, one of the nation’s most recognized automotive groups, announced today that he will build an all-new Volkswagen dealership located on I-75 next to the Cleveland Clinic in Davie, FL. At 328,000 square feet and towering eight stories, Rick Case’s fifth dealership on the Davie/Weston Auto Row will be the largest and tallest Volkswagen dealership worldwide. The new Volkswagen dealership will break ground in January 2013 with a grand opening planned for next summer.

The dealership will feature 1,000 new and used cars inside under showroom lights, and will open with 200 employees which will grow to a staff of over 300. Stiles Construction has been tapped to build the new Rick Case Volkswagen dealership which will be the contractor’s 11th project for Rick Case Automotive Group. Stiles Architectural Group will be the lead architect having successfully designed eight other Rick Case dealerships. Stiles was a natural choice for General Contractor, having successfully built over 100 automotive dealerships throughout the Southeast. Rick Case and Stiles have forged a relationship over the past 10 years that has reshaped the automotive landscape in South Florida.
The new Volkswagen dealership will be constructed utilizing a fast track delivery method, which has been employed to successfully complete similar Rick Case dealerships. Stiles has proven that they have true expertise in an industry where it is imperative that the contractor understand the needs and business model of an automotive dealership.
